Richard Ramirez, one of the last living serial killer legends, died early friday morning. Ramirez, 53, had been taken from San Quentins death row to a hospital where authorities said he died of liver failure.
Ramirez committed his murder spree in 1985, in the midst of the “satanic panics” that swept the country throughout the decade.
Ramirez had been sitting on death row since 24 years.

Charles Raymond Starkweather (November 24, 1938 – June 25, 1959) was an American serial killer who murdered eleven people in the states of Nebraska and Wyoming in a two-month murder spree committed between December 1957 and January 1958.
